Activations
The Mint
A 100k SF mixed-use event venue
We managed and operated this venue for a few years during the entitlement phase. Maximising the short term income potential for redundant space
The Palace of Fine Arts
A 120k SF, 6000+ person mixed use event venue.
We activated one of San Francisco's largest public spaces. As part of our activation, we planned manby events during the course of years, some of the largest events in the bay area. This activation massively helped the city to activate a historical landmark that was not being utilized to its fullest potential.
We managed and operated this venue for a number of years.
3167 Gallery
A unique and versatile art-centric venue spanning across two stories and 9,500 SF of outdoor event space. Converting and old run-down warehouse into the prefect entertainment canvas.
We conceptualized and executed the property through the re-development process and overall business vision for this project along with running all day-to-day business and building operations.
Liberty Station
San Diego's Town Square, a 360 acre mixed-use retail, office and entertainment center unlike anything else in San Diego. Home to some of San Diego's best dining, shopping, family and leisurely activities.
We provided Asset Management services for all of Liberty Station
The Midway
A 40k SF mixed-use enterntainment venue.
We managed an operated this venue for a few years during the entitlement phase. Maximizing the short term income potential for redundant space.
Pier 80
A 10k+ person mixed use event venue
One-time event for Facebook. It was their largest holiday party to date (Xmas of 2019). This one-time activation generated a million dollars for the city and employed over 1000+ people.
Pier 70
A 10k+ person mixed-use event venue.
San Francisco's largest event space to date. 60k people accommodated in a 3 night window.
We managed and operated this venue for a few years during the entitlement phase. Maximizing the short term income potential for redundant space.
Commercial ST Studios
A 12k SF mixed-use creative compaund where larger than life ideas become reality. The project features creative studio space (retail & office) along with over 7,500 SF of production space.
We conceptualized and executed the property through the re-development process and overall business vision for this porject along with running the all day-to-day business and building operations
1835 Studios
A 20k SF mixed-use creative hub and destination unlike anything else in San Diego. The poroject features retial, creative office, coffee, an art gallery, San Diegos ponly outdoor climbing gym and large 5k+SF outdoor concert and event space.

The Armory
A 12k mixed-use event venue.
We managed and operated this venue for a few years during the entitlement phase. Maximizing the short erm income potential for redundant space.
SVN West
A 3,000+ person evenet venue
We converted an old car dealership with historic ties into one of Bill Graham's first music venues in SF. We activated this space with some of the Bay Area's most iconic tech companies.

Commercial Development
Arcadia
An exciting boutique hotel experience in the fast growing Garden City, Idaho
The original Sunliner Motel was aquired in late 2022 by the group and is being totally redeveloped inline with the new Arcadia Brand. 30 rooms in total will be going live in 2024
Art Block
A 14,000 sq ft development project managed through the build out and handover to new tenants, properrty infrastructure upgrades, working with the property owner
UStick Town Centre
A development project managed through construction phase and tenant onboarding. Taking a run down 80,000 sq ft. retail space and working closely with the tenants and the property owner and bring the property online

Ludwigs Biergarten
A 3k SF Full Service Restuarant and Biergarten i the heart of Silicon Valley
The groups 2nd location of the Ludwigs branded German biergarten concept. This location is located on the main downtown street in Mountain View, CA
Ludwigs German Table
A 4,200 SF Restaurant , biergarten and event space.
We conceptualized, opened and operated the business for 7 years, taking an old historic building from the 1800s and creating a modern and charming German biergarten.
SP2 Communal Bar & Restaurant
A 8k SF Full-service and craft cokctail bar. Specializing in a high end nightlife experience
We conceptualized, opened and operated SP2 for the last 10 years, since then this has become the hottest downtown nightlife venue for San Jose
Temple Nightclub
A 4600 SF nightclub and event venue.
Conceptualized, opened and operated by CCG, with over 10 years of operations Temple is a late night hot spot in downtown San Jose
Empire Room
A 1,000 person capacity nightclub and event venue.
We conceptualized, opened and operated this property for 3 years while going through entitlement for redevelopement. This is one of many examples of the groups abilities to maximize underutilized space.
